Hire and Use of Hathern Parish Council's Property

Hathern Parish Council welcomes the use of Hathern Park for appropriate organised events and activities. If you are a voluntary community group wanting to run a public event on our grounds you will need to download and complete our Grounds Hire Agreement for Community Groups – Approval of Hire form and then our Grounds Hire Agreement for Community Groups - Check List & Declaration form. We can also allow regular organised use by local businesses and clubs (like sports clubs etc) providing the intended use is appropriate, for example fitness training sessions, exercise classes etc and there is a clear benefit to Hathern's community. To apply for approval to use these facilities for such purposes you will need to download and complete our Grounds Use Agreement for Businesses & Clubs - Approval for Use, and then our Grounds Use Agreement for Businesses and Clubs - Check List & Declaration forms. All of these documents together with some helpful guidance for public events are included here under Approval for Grounds Use and Hire. In all cases you will need to return the completed forms to the Clerk for consideration by the Parish Council.

Furthermore, we also have for hire (but restricted solely to community groups based in our parish) three medium sized (3M X 6M) gazebos/market stalls. The associated Equipment Hiring Agreement is included here under Approval for Equipment Hire.
